Writing yourself a diet plan or workout routine can be difficult because all the elements that need to be included are sometimes confusing: how many times per week should you work out, how many calories should you take in, what foods you should eat throughout the day, how long should a workout be, what muscles should you target on what days...? This is why the Straight Health Trainer was created.
The SH Trainer asks you a few simple questions such as your age, weight, current exercise level and goal weight. It then automatically calculates your daily calorie needs and writes a free exercise routine and diet plan that you can use to get into shape. It also gives you a detailed calorie assessment that will help you lose, gain or maintain weight based on your individual needs. Before you get started, read over the following FAQ (below) to answer any questions you may have about how to get your own free diet plan and workout routine.

Once completed, your diet plan and workout routine will be broken down into a daily schedule that you can easily follow. Each day you'll know how much to eat and what kind of exercise to do. Getting into shape has never been easier.
